Elkhorn Room Details

We have 2x 4BRs - TBD on number of beds yet - we'll get that information soon

We also have 3x 3BRs. One of the 3BRs starts Wednesday and goes to Sunday. Another 3BR starts Tuesday and ends Saturday.

IF you are staying until Sunday - don't put yourself into the 3BR that is ending Saturday - unless you're ok with moving rooms

We have NO extra beds Thursday night

Wednesday (and later arrivals) - look for an email with the new 3BR that is opening  

Lift Tickets

Get your own tickets!!  Season ticket holders may have buddy passes or ski with a friend pass (SWIF).  Buddy passes are cheaper, but not many people have these. Either make solid arrangements for one of these passes or order tickets online early.  Don't buy tickets at the resort - $265 for a  same day one-day pass (online or window). 

Transportation

Rental cars from the airport - see who else is arriving/leaving with you and split the cost

Epic Mountain Express (new name for CME)- one way or round trip shuttles to Beaver Creek.  EME now has rates for Epic pass holders.

Dinner Event

This will most likely be the same Mexican Restaurant on Friday night (Agave).  Will keep you posted.

Cost

Total cost is $2000 - but we were just notified that Eagle County voters have increased hotel tax rates effective now. This shouldn't change this cost, but we'll let you know once we get the new invoices from Beaver Creek.
